Terms of Use: All about Jams and Spreads

Welcome to All about Jams and Spreads. By accessing our website and purchasing our handcrafted jams, jellies, and spreads, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Product Information & Allergens

We take pride in our ingredients, but please note:

  • Allergen Warning: Our products are processed in a facility that may also handle nuts, dairy, soy, and wheat. Specific allergen information is listed on each product page and label.

  • Variability: Because our spreads are made with natural fruits, slight variations in color, texture, and sweetness between batches are normal and a sign of an artisanal product.

2. Food Safety & Storage

Upon delivery, the customer assumes responsibility for the proper handling of the product.

  • Shelf Life: Unopened jars should be stored in a cool, dark place.

  • Refrigeration: Once opened, products must be refrigerated and consumed within the timeframe indicated on the label (typically 3–4 weeks).

  • Safety Seal: Do not consume the product if the safety seal is broken or the lid is "popped" upon arrival. Contact us immediately for a replacement.

3. Shipping & Perishables

  • Shipping Windows: We ship on [Monday to Friday only] to ensure product freshness.

  • Weather Conditions: During extreme heat, we may delay shipping or include cold packs to prevent spoilage. All about Jams and Spreads is not responsible for products left unattended in mailboxes or outdoors for extended periods.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food items, we do not accept returns. * Damaged Goods: If your jar arrives broken or spoiled, please email a photo of the damage to louiel.delatorre@taskus.com within 48 hours of delivery to receive a refund or replacement.

5. Proper Use of Content

All recipes, photography, and branding on this site are the intellectual property of All about Jams and Spreads.

Note: You are welcome to share our products on social media, but please credit us. Commercial use of our imagery or copy without permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, All about Jams and Spreads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or consumption of our products if stored or handled improperly by the consumer.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State/Province of the Philippines.
